I look outside the window expecting morning sun to kiss my face. A mist has risen from the earth below covering the ground with a blanket of fog. I step outside to feel the cool mist on my skin My eyes close I lean my head back A deep breath I drink it in. Exhale Release the things that already flooded my mind before my feet hit the bedroom floor. The morning fog quiets my soul Barren trees are a watercolor My gaze is softened seeing only what is nearby. It changes my perspective to see what is closest to me within my reach.
I am repurposing life by taking experiences my sovereign God has allowed to pass through me and using them to give emotions a voice that might not be common or popular. My hope is to repurpose the negative into positive.
RANDOM | My thoughts and posts are random. My left side of my mind doesn't have enough time in the day to execute all that the right side dreams. Pardon the scattered thoughts. You might find some nuggets within the randomness. You might delight in the whimsey.
INTROVERTED I prefer the solitude of my home and quiet time. But we are most effective when we step outside our comfort zone. Writing affords me a voice that isn't always feasible when I try to speak aloud.
VISUAL LEARNER . I enjoy analogies, and hope you do too. They help me comprehend. Jesus used parables and it worked well for Him. I hope you're a visual learner too!
